- Part-time, correspondence or distance learning qualifications make the candidate not eligible.
- Lateral entry diploma holders (Class XII Sc/ITI admitted in 2nd year) are eligible, based on aggregate of all semesters.
- Higher qualifications like B.E./B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA, ICWA, LLB, or equivalent (or pursuing them) make candidates ineligible.
- If CGPA/grade is awarded, the equivalent percentage must be entered in the application and a certificate must be produced at document verification.
- A candidate can undergo a maximum of two apprenticeship trainings, and the second cannot be in the same trade. A minimum one-year gap is required between two trainings.

- Register on the correct portal: Trade Apprentice (ITI/Data Entry Operator) at apprenticeshipindia.gov.in (NAPS) for Technician (Diploma) and Graduate Apprentice at nats.education.gov.in (NATS).
- Complete your profile 100% with personal details, educational details, category, and more. Corrections must be made through the NAPS/NATS office.
- Log in with your User ID/Email ID and apply for the Indian Oil Corporation Limited (Marketing Division) – Western Region opening using Establishment ID NATS – WMHMCC000053 or NAPS – E01172700332.
- Apply for only one discipline code and choose training locations from the notified Western Region states.

Important Instructions Before You Apply
- Candidates registered with Employment Exchange/Vocational Rehabilitation Centre for PwBD must apply through the NAPS/NATS portal; otherwise, their candidature is not considered.
- Applying for more than one discipline code leads to summary rejection. Selecting a training location outside the notified states also leads to rejection.
- Keep ready: PAN Card, Aadhaar Card, a bank account with a cheque book in your name, and scanned copies of qualification certificates.
- OBC-NCL certificate must be no more than 12 months old from 30.09.2026, and the caste must be in the Central List of OBCs. Creamy layer candidates should apply as UR.
- Documents required at verification: 10th certificate (proof of date of birth), caste certificate, institute certificate for regular mode and year of passing, semester/year-wise mark sheets, final certificate, Aadhaar-seeded bank passbook copy, Aadhaar, PAN, cancelled cheque, and pre-engagement medical fitness certificate.
