- Fill the form carefully and stick one recent passport size photograph on it.
- Write your mobile number and valid e-mail ID in the form.
- Attach attested copies of mark sheets, degree certificates and experience certificates, clearly showing the percentage of marks from Matriculation onwards.
- Attach a Crossed Bank Draft of Rs. 500 in favour of ‘Principal, Sainik School Rewari’ payable at Rewari (not for SC / ST).
- Put a self-addressed envelope with postage stamps of Rs. 56 for sending the Admit Card.
