CWC Recruitment 2026: Central Warehousing Corporation (CWC), a Navratna CPSE under the Ministry of Consumer Affairs, Food & Public Distribution, has come out with Advertisement No. CWC/I-Manpower/DR/Rectt/2026/01 for direct recruitment of Assistant Manager and Junior Executive posts. There are 327 vacancies in 8 posts such as Assistant Manager (General), Assistant Manager (Technical), Assistant Manager (Finance), Assistant Manager (Engineering) and Junior Executive (General and Technical). • There will be total of 327 vacancies are there in 8 posts. Here Junior Executive (General) and Junior Executive (Technical) have the highest, 78 posts each, and Assistant Manager (General) is next with 70 posts so choose whichever suites you.
• Qualification is different for every post. For Assistant Manager (General) any PG degree is fine, for Junior Executive (General) any graduation is fine, and for other posts you need a specific degree like B.Tech / B.E or B.Sc so read the table below once.
• Age limit is 28 years as on 15 November 2026 and minimum age is 18 years. Relaxation is there for SC / ST, OBC, PwBD and Ex-Servicemen.
• Online test is 3 hours with 202 questions and 230 marks, and 1/4 mark is cut for each wrong answer so only attempt what you know and dont guess everything.
• Assistant Manager posts have online test and then interview, but for Junior Executive posts there is only online test and document verification.
• Fee is Rs. 1,350 for UR / EWS / OBC and Rs. 500 for SC / ST / PwBD / Ex-Servicemen and Women.
• Selected candidates have to sign a bond, Rs. 1 lakh for Assistant Manager and Rs. 50,000 for Junior Executive, for minimum 2 years of service. Its an All India cadre job so posting can be anywhere in India.

• Every test is timed separately and 1/4 mark (25%) is deducted for every wrong answer in objective tests. No cut for blank questions.

1. Go to the official website link below.
2. Click on ‘Click here to apply online for Advertisement No. 2026/01’.
3. Choose ‘Click here for New Registration’ and enter your name, contact details and email ID.
4. A Provisional Registration Number and Password will come on screen and also by email and SMS, note them down.
5. Fill your details and upload photo, signature, left thumb impression and handwritten declaration as per size given.
6. You can use ‘Save and Next’ if you cant complete the form at once. Check the Preview carefully.
7. Click ‘Complete Registration’ only when everything is correct, because no change is allowed after that.
8. Pay the fee online and click Submit.
9. Take a printout of the application form and e-receipt and keep it safe. Dont send it to CWC.
10. All files should be in jpg / jpeg format.
11. Declaration text is: “I, ______ (Name of the candidate), hereby declare that all the information submitted by me in the application form is correct, true and valid. I will present the supporting documents as and when required.”
12. Declaration must be in your own handwriting, in English only and not in capital letters. Signature in capital letters is also not accepted.
13. You also have to click a live photograph by webcam or mobile phone while filling the form.

CWC Recruitment 2026 | Important Instructions

• We advice all the candidates to read the official notification once before applying.
• You can apply for more than one post if you are eligible, but then you have to fill a separate form and pay separate fee for each post. If you fill two forms for the same post only the last completed one is kept and the fee of other is gone.
• Whatever you fill in the form like name, category, date of birth, post, address, mobile number, exam centre is final. CWC will not change anything later so fill it slowly and check twice.
• Name should be same as in your 10th certificate, and the name on your ID proof must match the call letter letter by letter. Ladies who changed name after marriage should take special care of this.
• No change of category is allowed after registration, and SC / ST / OBC / EWS candidates applying against unreserved posts will not get any relaxation.
• Dont wait for the last date to pay the fee. Website can hang on the last day and CWC will not take any responsibility for that.
• Exam centre, date and time cannot be changed, and CWC can also give you a centre different from the one you chose. Going to the centre is at your own cost and risk.
• Dont carry mobile, watch, calculator, bag, belt, cap, any metal item or eatables in the exam centre. Only half sleeve clothes are allowed and shoes covering toes are not allowed, so wear sandals or open toe footwear.
• Eligibility is provisional. If wrong information is found at any stage, candidature will be cancelled and you can be debarred from future CWC exams, so dont give any false information.
• CWC will check answers of candidates for similar patterns, and if they find copying then the result will be cancelled. Unfair means can also lead to an FIR so study hard and dont try to cheat.
• Candidates are selected on All India cadre so you can be posted anywhere in India, and you have to sign the bond at the time of joining.
