Tips for the Exam
- Start with the 60 marks section only. Its more than half of the paper, so if this section goes bad then clearing the cut off is very hard. Dont keep maths for the last month.
- In maths, percentage, ratio and time and work first, then algebra and geometry. Science part is just basic physics like work and energy, heat and electricity, so no need of big books.
- 30 marks are only for data analysis! Pie chart and table questions take lot of time, thats why I say do 5 questions daily from them. Data sufficiency also.
- Blood relations, syllogism, family tree: just draw it on paper. 2 minutes for a diagram is better than thinking in head for 5 minutes.
- One English passage a day is enough. Read the passage fully once, then go to questions.
- Mental Reasoning is 20 easy marks (analogy, series, coding-decoding, ranking), so finish it fast and keep the time for data analysis.
- Give a mock test every week and check the wrong answers, not only the score. CBAT details will come on the RRB website later so check it once in a while.
