- Pay scale of the post is Level 6 of 7th CPC with initial pay of Rs. 35400.

RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026 | How To Fill Online Form
- Go to the unified official website and open the link for this CEN. The link for online application will be live
- Read the full CEN once
- Click on ‘Create an Account’. If you have already created an account for CENs notified in 2024, 2025 or 2026, use the same login credentials. You need a valid personal mobile number and active email ID for OTP.
- Fill the details in ‘Create an Account’ form with utmost care. Name, father’s name, mother’s name and date of birth must be same as in 10th class certificate. These details (including mobile number and email ID) cannot be changed later.
- Authenticate your identity using Digi Locker or Aadhaar (advised). Choose only one RRB and give the order of zone preference.
- Fill the application form, choose your medium of examination, and capture your live photo with web cam or front camera of mobile. Upload your signature in JPG/JPEG format.
- Pay the fee online through internet banking, debit / credit card or UPI. Application is accepted only after you receive the fee payment confirmation on email and SMS.
- Take a printout of the final application form and keep it safe. If you want to change any detail (except ‘Create an Account’ details and chosen RRB), you can modify it by paying Rs. 250 from 28 November 2026 to 07 December 2026.

- EBC certificate (Annexure-IV) or BPL card or Izzat MST, if you are claiming fee concession under EBC
- Minority declaration affidavit on non-judicial stamp paper as per Annexure-V, if you are claiming fee waiver

RRB Station Master Recruitment 2026 | Important Instructions
- Please read the official notification fully once, then only fill the form.
- Candidates can apply to only one RRB and only one application is to be submitted. Application to more than one RRB will lead to rejection of all applications and debarment from future RRB and RRC exams. Choice of RRB once exercised is final.
- Dont keep it for the last day. Website can get slow near closing date. RRBs do not accept any responsibility if you are not able to submit your application in time.
- Candidates must fulfil all eligibility conditions as on 23:59 hrs of 25.11.2026. Candidates waiting for final result of the educational qualification are not eligible to apply.
- Eligibility is provisional. Documents are checked at the time of Document Verification, and if any claim is not supported by documents, candidature will be cancelled.
- You must have your own mobile number and personal email ID active for the entire recruitment. RRBs will not entertain any request for change of mobile number and email ID.
- Live photo must be captured during application. Do not try to take a picture of a printed or digital photograph, such application will be rejected.
- Signature must be in running handwriting, not in block / capital letters. Signature on application must match with the signatures at CBT, CBAT, DV, Medical Examination and appointment.
- Candidates who have done Lasik surgery or any other surgery to correct refractive error are not eligible for the post of Station Master.
- Reservation and age relaxation will be given only on the basis of certificates in the prescribed format. Community status as on the closing date will be considered and no change is allowed after that.
- EBC, EWS and OBC are three different categories. EBC candidate gets only fee concession and not job reservation.
- Refund of exam fee will be credited only to the bank account seeded with your Aadhaar number. Fee of rejected or incomplete applications will not be refunded.
- Banned items like mobile phone, watch, calculator, pen, wallet, water bottle etc. are not allowed inside the test centre. Do not apply Henna / Mehandi on hands as it obstructs capture of biometrics.
- Candidates must bring e-call letter with original valid photo ID and a colour passport photograph (not older than two months) to the exam. Self declaration paragraph must be written at the exam hall only.
- City and date intimation will be given about 10 days in advance and e-call letter can be downloaded about 4 days before the exam. No change in exam city / centre / date / shift is allowed.
- Use of unfair means will lead to debarment from all RRB / RRC exams for lifetime and legal action under The Public Examinations (Prevention of Unfair Means) Act and Rules, 2024.
- Beware of touts and job racketeers. RRBs have not appointed any agent or coaching centre. Visit only the unified official RRB website.
- Candidates in Central / State Govt. or PSU service must produce NOC from employer within the prescribed time limit or during document verification.
